LAWS 812 - International Human Rights Seminar|Credits: 2 This seminar will explore themes in international human rights law, such as the rights and duties of states, minority rights, and the use of international bodies to air and resolve grievances. The course will include both a theoretical and practical component and will be primarily discussion based. Prerequisites: None. Note: This course qualifies as a perspective course.
