LAWS 652 - Real Estate Transactions I

This is a course on the substantive law of real  estate transactions. The course will cover a broad range of topics and issues related to real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, focusing on provisions typically found in real estate contracts and how those contract provisions manifest themselves in actual transactions.  The course will also include a focus on various topics designed to provide a working knowledge of concepts and issues often encountered in a real estate practice.

Prerequisites: None

Basis of Grade: Final examination (primarily), Class Projects, and Class Participation

Form of Grade: Letter Grade
