LAWS 681 - Criminal Trial Practice|Credits: 2 Understanding of the practical problems that arise in criminal cases; criminal investigation, pleadings and motions practice, criminal evidence, preliminary hearings, appeals, jury selection, discovery, trial practice, and other related issues. Prerequisites: Criminal Procedure, Evidence Note: This course satisfies the skills course graduation requirement.
