LAWS 672 - Public Health LawCredits: 2 or 3 This is a survey course on public health law, including constitutional law, administrative law, torts, taxation, public health ethics, and other,related areas. Students will also write at least two substantive papers on topics of their choosing in the area of public health law. Note: This class satisfies the requirement for a perspectives class and, if the student takes it for 3 credits, satisfies the requirement for a writing class. Basis of Grade: This is a paper class. For 2 credits, students must write at least 2 separate papers of at least 7-8 pages in length for a total of 15 pages. For 3 credits, students must write at least 2 papers of at least 15-17 pages in length for a total of 30 pages. Form of Grade: Letter |
