LAWS 800 - Comparative Legal InstitutionsCredits: 1.5 This course is designed to demonstrate to our students the origins of our own justice system and the manner in which the English tri-partite governmental polity, which so strongly resembles our own, is significantly different in professional training, law formation, and the interaction among the executive, legislative, and judicial sectors.
